Welcome

This is my second open source design. Slightly more adventurous than my first one but still nice and simple. I wanted to make something in a differnet style to what I usually do and I also felt like including some tabs. It would be useful for a site that doesn't have too much content. It is valid xhtml and css. You are free to use the template for anything you wish but I would appreciate it if you left the backlink to my site in the footer.
