Hello and welcome to Arinze_02. A clean template suitable for many different purposes. This is my second OWD/OSWD contribution and the second entry in the "Arinze" series. Some more templates should be heading your way pretty soon. Feedback on this design will be much appreciated. Cheers.
The Design
As you can see this design exemplifies simplicity and accessiblity. It is designed to be aesthetically pleasing whilst maintaining a healthy total image size which allows for fast loading - even on the slowest modems.
You'll notice there are only a couple of images here in order to make the page lightweight and easy on the eyes. This design should be compatible with most browsers out there. This design's XHTML and CSS is also W3C.org compliant.
