About This Design

The truth is... I didn't design this. Well - I did, and I didn't.

Much of my inspiration came from climatecrisis.net, which is the official site for the movie An Inconvenient Truth, featuring Planet Earth and the inventor of the internet. (^_^)

ClimateCrisis.net uses flash, and I wanted to see if I could achieve something similar with pure html and css. I think I did quite well - if I may say so myself!

I used Notepad for coding, and Adobe Photoshop to achieve the slight gradient effect on the logo to your left, and the plus sign images you see here and there.

Also, credit goes to Dewden for the background image used in this design. I was going to use plain #333333 for the background, but opted for the cool stripes instead.

I've tested this design in Firefox 1.0.7, IE 6.0, and Safari 2.0. It looks a little iffy in Firefox 1.5.0.3 (for Mac), but it's still pretty decent...
