The main styalistic thing that I will emphasize, on top of the tabs and manipulation of columns in this design is the idea of indenting upon new headings. You will see that I use the <div class="indent"> throughout my pages. I believe that it is much easier to read text if it is broken up into sub sections. A sample of this is shown throughout the lorem ipsum of each of the other pages. Check it out, try it. It really does make things easier to read.

I suppose another thing I did with this design was made it so that it is light text on a dark background. This isn't done nearly often enough. It is a sort of throwback to the old comodore or console days where you had black background and green or gold text blinking at your face at a horrible refresh rate. Well, I don't miss the refresh rates.

The Semantic Web is about two things. It is about common formats for interchange of data, where on the original Web we only had interchange of documents. Also it is about language for recording how the data relates to real world objects. That allows a person, or a machine, to start off in one database, and then move through an unending set of databases which are connected not by wires but by being about the same thing.
